PET Bottle Blowing Process:

The compressor plays a key role in the following steps of the PET/PP bottle forming process:

  1. The oven heats the preforms.
  2. The mold is locked onto the transmission mechanism.
  3. Air is injected into the preform to form the bottle.
  4. The mold opens, and the product is unloaded.
  5. The process ends with mold stripping.

The compressor provides the necessary clean air to blow the preform into its final bottle shape.
